You'll get: Pre-session questionnaire; two 1 hour sessions per month with actionable notes; weekly accountability in which I'll expect you to tell me what your working towards and I will be checking in on what's been achieved; and access to message me if you feel blocked and need that little extra support.
 
Available to book as 1 Month or 3 Month blocks.
 
Sessions are done on Zoom with accountability via email.
