Multi-international, award-winning wedding cake designer, experienced baker, author, mentor and CEO of Emma Stewart Cake Design. I will be the lead designer working with you from the first point of contact through to baking and creating a masterpiece for your wedding day.

 

I am passionate about luxury wedding cakes and creating an exclusive experience for my couples, so they feel special from start to finish and never like they are just a number. To me the cake should be as bespoke as a wedding dress is to each bride…expertly chosen and perfectly fitted specifically for each couple.

My love for modern twists on classic elegance, the illusion of simplicity even in the most complex of designs and the intricacy of botanically correct sugar florals has evolved into the style I’m now internationally renowned for. With styles and trends constantly changing I’m always looking for new ways to incorporate them into my own inimitable designs. After all, a wedding cake is not just a cake it’s an expression of each couple and their lives.
